1. K-ETA Waiver (Until December 31, 2025)
In celebration of the “Visit Korea Year 2023–2024,” the Korean government has temporarily waived the K-ETA requirement for nationals of the following 22 countries until December 31, 2025:

Note: Nationals from these countries do not need to apply for a K-ETA until December 31, 2025.
2. K-ETA Requirement for Other Visa-Free Countries
If your country has a visa waiver agreement with Korea but is not listed above, you are required to apply for a Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA).

3. Invitation Letter for a Visa
For participants who need an invitation letter for a visa, please submit the application form via the link below. A visa letter will be issued after reviewing the provided information. (Incomplete form won’t be processed.) The visa letter is only available for those who have completed their online registration and paid their registration fee in full.
[Note]Â iCRS 2025 will not issue guarantee letters and intervene with the Korea embassies abroad on behalf of any participants for visa purposes. Please contact the Korean embassy/consulate in your home country for accurate information regarding the visa requirements and the status of your visa.
