Hands-on Program Participation Guidelines
To ensure fair access and smooth operation of the hands-on programs, please note the following important conditions:
- Payment Confirmation Required
Your hands-on registration will be automatically canceled if payment is not confirmed within 2 weeks of your online registration.
- On-site Refund Policy
The hands-on program fee will be refunded on-site upon successful completion of the session.
- Limited Capacity – First Come, First Served
Each hands-on session has a participant limit. and registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Participants who would like to cancel their registration, please contact the secretariat by August 10, 2025.
- No refund will be made after August 11, 2026.
